If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.

As we work with international fulfillment partners:

• Orders may be shipped from different warehouses.

• Multiple packages may arrive separately.

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections.

• Shipping carriers.

• Public holidays.

Delivery delays alone do not entitle customers to compensation, chargebacks or cancellation where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking once provided.
